01 / OPENINGS

Selected around your space.

Automation is assessed against the size, weight and configuration of your door or window.

02 / COORDINATION

One considered approach.

We work with your door and window manufacturer, builder and electrical team to coordinate the details.

03 / OPERATION

An easier everyday.

Choose suitable controls, from a wall switch or remote through to compatible system integration.

Airla supplies, installs and commissions automation. Doors, windows and glazing are provided by your chosen manufacturer. Retrofit suitability and integration options are assessed for each project.

SPECIALIST DOOR & WINDOW AUTOMATION

Consider the opening.
Detail the movement.

Bring door and window automation into design and documentation early. Airla works with architects, builders and opening manufacturers to assess motor space, moving panel weight, actuator geometry, control locations and power requirements.

Share the drawings and project stage so the automation approach can be considered alongside the profiles, hardware, locking and construction sequence. We coordinate the agreed automation scope with the people delivering the opening.

01 / DOOR AUTOMATION

Sliding, stacking and pivot doors.

Explore motors for suitable single sliders, larger multi-panel doors and pivot openings. Airla assesses the moving load, hardware and available motor space, then selects the controls around everyday operation.

02 / WINDOW AUTOMATION

Ventilation and servery openings.

Bring suitable awning, high-level, lifting and servery windows into convenient use. Chain winders, power struts and other automation approaches are assessed around the way the sash moves and the available fixing space.

03 / OPERATING CONTROLS

A considered way to operate.

Choose a wall switch, remote or compatible premium interface such as the 12-in-1 touchscreen. Discuss hands-free activation, access controls and supported smart home or building integration around the selected system.

COMMERCIAL, EDUCATION & COMMUNITY

Automation beyond the home.

Commercial and campus projects bring different opening schedules, access and control requirements. These Airla project references give you a starting point for discussing the automation scope with the opening manufacturer and your project team.

FROM BRIEF TO OPERATION

Plan the movement.
Then bring it to life.

01 / SHARE

Help us understand the opening.

Send drawings or photos, the manufacturer, opening dimensions, configuration and project stage. Add the moving panel weight if known and describe how you want it to operate.

02 / ASSESS

Select a compatible system.

Airla assesses the motor or actuator, controls, locking, power and available installation space. For existing openings, condition and hardware performance are part of the assessment.

03 / COORDINATE

Agree the scope and next steps.

Discuss automation supply, installation and commissioning with Airla. We coordinate the agreed requirements with your manufacturer, builder and electrical or automation team.

Automation in motion

Detail the connection.

The finished Cascade home in Birrong connects with generous alfresco glazing. Bring the automation into the design conversation early: coordinate motor space, fixing details, power, cable paths and control positions with the door manufacturer. The film shows the architectural setting; system suitability is assessed for each opening.

    BEFORE WE BEGIN

    A few useful details.

Can an existing door or window be automated?

Some existing openings can be automated. We assess the configuration, condition, operating weight, available space and access for cabling before recommending a solution.

    When should automation be planned?

For a new build, involve Airla during design and documentation so motor provisions and cabling can be coordinated with the opening manufacturer and construction team.

Does Airla supply the doors and windows?

Your chosen manufacturer supplies the opening and glazing. Airla specialises in the motors, controls, installation and commissioning that bring it into motion.

What information helps with an enquiry?

Project location, stage, opening dimensions and manufacturer are useful starting points. You can send plans, photographs or a document link if available.
